My brother, Mathew, went with me to Home Depot to buy the supplies.
Back in his wood shop, we cut the PVC decking into signs.
I was originally going to use magnets instead of hooks to mount the signs, but they weren’t strong enough.
To give more options for where the signs could point, we ripped down the 4×4 to have 8 sides.
Back at my house I began the process of staining the wood.
Getting the feet done, too.
I know from experience to wear gloves when using stain.
Second coat all done!!!
Molly helped me put the whole thing together.
We made sure it stood up straight.
We set the first row of hooks…
And then checked the distance for the remaining rows before drilling.
A quick test, and it looks great!!!
Time to put it in the office!!!
What it looked like after a few people added places to the signs.
