Over Christmas break, I took Ashley for a day. We started by going to Autobahn, an indoor go-kart track.
She watched the safety video…
And then watched the races that were ahead of her.
We had to wait about 90 minutes before it was her turn.
But she was ready to go!!!
Heading out onto the track.
She got better with each race (3 in all).
And in this race she led the first lap.
All business.
Afterwards it was time for an early dinner.
Passing time waiting for the food to come.
She was always on her phone.
After dinner it was movie time.
We saw Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb.
She had never been to Cold Stone Creamery…
So I took her for her first trip.
She loved it!!!
We headed back to the house and stayed up late watching movies.
The next morning I fed her breakfast…
And then sent her on her way.
