The course was a mix of trail running (through several farms) and paved surface running.

I ran right by Brian Shadrick's house, so he joined me. My parents grabbed a picture of us when we ran by their street.

Kelli finished just under 2 hours for 13.1 miles.

After the race, we sat behind the beer tent and enjoyed relaxing with friends who had run the race.

Afterwards, Kelli had a relaxing shower and a nap...

And I continued the party by making use of my new bottle opener!!! It was a great day, and I'm excited to run this race again next year.
