Kelli’s birthday night started with a trip to Rehoboth Beach.
We had some pre-dinner eats at Salt Air…
Before moving on to dinner at Bramble & Brine.
They had a special table set for her…
Which I was happy to join.
The food was fantastic!!!
And Kelli got to make her birthday wish.
Later, she read the book that I gave her for her birthday.
The next day we went to OC Brewing, and we sent a goofy picture to Ashley.
Afterwards, we headed to our favorite happy hour spot.
We had some yummy food while we we there.
Marc Kravitz was in town…
So we headed to his location to say hi.
Old friends.
He invited us back to his new condo.
They are happy to be property owners in OC.
Their place is a nice 3 bedroom they rent during the summer.
The dryer from a recent water problem.
We said goodbye to them…
And I grabbed the big camera…
…passed the police…
…and headed to the Pit & Pub to see Galaxy Collective.
Afterwards I stopped by Anthony’s for some supplies.
The next day it was back to Rehoboth to pick up our race packets, and check out some vinyl.
How I feel in OC.
Another good 2 for 1 happy hour.
In case you were interested in the local conditions.
Not having any pockets, this woman got creative on where to put her shells.
A shirt I bought for Kelli.
6:30am, time to go racing.
We headed to Milton, DE for the Dogfish Head Dash 10K.
Every year this group wears their Kermit the Frog shirts.
Kelli, crossing the finish line.
First thing to do after finishing, get a beer.
Hanging out with Mr. Dogfish Head himself, Sam Calagione.
We left Dogfish Head and headed to RAR brewing.
They had the Ravens game on…
And drinking more good beer while watching football was a great way to end the weekend.
