I arrived early for the parade and made sure to document my parking meter payment in case there were issues.
It took about 20 minutes to walk from the far side of Federal Hill to the stadium.
Not too many people were arriving at that time.
A quick picture out front before heading inside.
The stadium was slowing filling, and seeing they were letting people out on the field…
I decided to head to the field for the event.
There was a great jovial spirit on the field amongst fans.
John Harbaugh stopped by before the start of the parade and gave a quick speech.
Find Mitch, Cindy, Denis, and Kim. The four of them were up in the club level for the event.
When the buses pulled into town it was shown on the big screen.
After a brief speech at City Hall the Ravens started the parade to the stadium.
Before the parade reached the stadium, the stadium had reached capacity.
There wasn’t an empty seat in the house, and the field was very full, too.
I could see down the tunnel…
Until everyone held up their phones to take pictures.
I grabbed a few shots of the players coming in from the big screen.
Then I was focused on getting the players on stage. Ray Lewis holding the Vince Lombardi trophy.
Gerry Sandusky was the MC for the event.
Joe Flacco had a few words.
As did Ray Lewis.
Ed Reed also joined the fun.
John Harbaugh had a few parting words before everyone left the stage.
Blurry, but that is Steve Bisciotti carrying the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
I ran into Hall of Fans Inaugural Class member, Captain Dee-Fense on the field and said hello.
A group of the roost members met for a few drinks after the event in celebration.
That’s all for now, and it seems the parking meter was working correctly.
