Chris and I arrived in Ocean City and headed over to…
OC Wasabi where Peter had already been drinking and waiting for us.
We ordered some more food…
And then Joe arrived…
So it was shot time!!!
Peter was pretty drunk, decided to run home, and had made it all the way back to the balcony (what Chris is pointing to) by the time we made it out the back door.
More drinking was in order.
Peter and I brewed a couple of kegs of homebrew for the trip, so that is what we all drank the first two days.
It was getting late…
So Peter said goodnight and went to bed.
Chris and I had to work the next day, so bed seemed like a good idea.
His impersonation of a one-eyed Peter.
I decided to have one more drink before going to bed.
10:30am the next morning, and they were off to an early start.
NFL draft weekend, and I don’t think the steelers fan in Peter thought about his wardrobe for the weekend.
Lunch was at the always reliable Whiskers Pub.
Great food at great OC prices.
After lunch Chris and I worked while Peter napped.
The draft was about to start, so we got ready and headed out.
Our standard place, Fish Tales, was where we headed.
Looks like they remodeled the entrance.
Mostly sober, at this point, but with Peter just arriving (he had to work), it was time to drink!!!!!
The sun, however, was setting…
The draft was starting…
And the drinks were flowing.
Annoying women were everywhere.
A well timed shot.
Round one of the draft was done, and so were we.
So we headed home for the night…
But not before a dumpster stop.
Chris proceded to pass out.
And I had to make sure he was still alive.
I then conquered Mount Joe.
Joe, I think you’re doing it wrong.
We made sure to start our Friday drinking before noon.
First keg, kicked. Time to tap the second keg.
Ravens pick Courtney Upshaw for their first pick.
He was expected to go much earlier.
Friday ended up being a quite night of drinking at the condo.
Product placement.
The second keg was almost empty, so we headed to the store to get more beer.
When we came back, Peter had decided to catch some shuteye.
Only 2 of us made the 12 hour trip.
Saturday and we ran into T-Lutz on the way to our first bar.
We were headed to Taphouse…
A bar promising lots of great beers on tap.
And while they delivered on that….
The service sucked so we left and went home (Chris teaching Peter craps).
With a wetsuit, it’s never too cold.
The telephoto lens from 8 feet away.
Joe and Peter were pretty wiped out from a few days of hard core drinking, so they packed up and headed home.
Chris, Peter, and I stayed behind to carry the torch.
We called a cab….
And headed to the boards.
Nice drink, Chris.
The rain had started to fall…
But we had fun doing shots inside.
Team Awesome!!
The bar was mostly empty and we decided to leave here and check out The Purple Moose.
Check me out cutting a rug on the dance floor.
The band was really good.
Not a dumpster, but close enough.
With the rain coming down, we decided to catch a cab. She was riding along with her boyfriend cab driver (or some story like that).
We kept the party going for a little while…
But then Chris passed out again.
On the way home the next day Chris and I stopped and got some food…
At Hemingway’s near the bay bridge. Well, that’s it, hope you enjoyed!!!
