Fall started with a trip to the beach.
We met up with John…
And we hopped in the old G-13 van…
And headed out for the night.
We were on our way to see a few of our friends play some music.
Always a good time in Ocean City, MD!!!
Check http://TalonPhotography.com for the rest of the pictures.
On the way home we found T-Lutz, who was helping to hold up that bus stop sign.
We were in town to run the Dogfish 10k.
We swung by the restaurant to do packet pickup.
Back at the condo I showed Eddie how lighting can make a photo more interesting.
The next morning it was race time.
From the official race photographer.
Kelli had one, too.
We met Sam Calagione, Owner of Dogfish Head.
He jumped on stage for a photo with Reedo and The Front Porch Offering.
For Kelli’s birthday that night I took her to a restaurant in Virginia.
She liked this sign better.
Happy Birthday!!!!
Out in Baltimore to See Chadwick Stokes. See http://TalonPhotography.com for those pictures.
My cousin Colby came to town, so I met her in Towson for lunch.
http://IndyBeers.com and http://TalonPhotography.com, of course.
It was really cold, so not many people showed up…
Which meant no lines for the bathroom.
Back in Baltimore City…
For the Fell’s Point Fun Festival.
These guys poured our beer for the day and were a lot of fun.
Part of the reason we went was to see Can’t Hang play. Check out http://TalonPhotography.com for those pictures.
Check out those blue eyes!!!!
After the show we hung out with the guys for a little while…
And they posed for a shot for me.
We then headed into Fell’s Point to check out the rest of the festival.
While there was a lot going on…
We were headed to Bertha’s!!!
We had a quaint little table…
And had a few rounds of their world famous mussels.
I bought Kelli a few CD’s on the way back to the car…
And bought myself a thing of fried dough.

Holding a treat just off camera.
A ghost tour in Ellicott City, MD.
And we got to drink at a lot of different bars.
It was fun…
Babysitting Sophia one day, and we got doughnuts.
Then we played…
Then we got ice cream…
Good times, for sure.
Food here is very good, but overpriced.
I went to Brian’s house one night for band practice.
See me waving hi?
We also played Yahtzee…
Using this old version.
First shirt sold. (as of this writing two have been sold).
Guys Weekend. Check the picture archive for the rest of those pictures.
Riley, always wanting to sit in your lap.
Somehow this showed up in my family room. For the record, Kelli has a school girl crush on Wes Welker.
Out to lunch with some work folks.
8×10 to see Victoria Vox. Check out http://TalonPhotography.com for those pictures.
Ani Difranco in Baltimore.
Sophia and I again.
Brian Shadrick’s kids dressed in Raven’s gear.
For a beer review we were going to do I needed ice cream.
So I got the best!!!
Seriously, if you ever get the chance, you should try it.
Kelli left me a note, not being able to wait to eat it.
Check out the “real beer floats” review at http://IndyBeers.com for more on this one.
Blobs Park, don’t even bother. It was lame.
For Halloween we went to a zombie ball.
Can’t Hang was playing…
So after the show we hung out for a while…
Before drunkenly walking home.
We went to a Raven’s game…
And watched the Raven’s win!!!
Run For Your Lives 5k.
I wore my camera on my helmet while running.
Outrun the zombies was the name of the game. Check out the archives for that full set.
A picture like this must mean it is time for Halloween.
I had everything setup and ready for the children and adults.
Inside the pumpkin was being carved.
I put the beer on ice…
And the kids were ready to get their candy!!!
Of course I had It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown playing, too.
For use during a beer review (and interview with brewers) at http://IndyBeers.com.
Hanging out in Ellicott City.
Kelli, in silhouette.
An afternoon of good food and drink at Aida Bistro.
Chef Sean was giving demonstrations for everyone.
While there, I made a plate I thought the kids would like.
Chef Sean cooked up a pork loin.
The Perfect Pour is THE BEST place to get good beer.
If you ever get a chance to go, I highly recommend doing so.
Another race, this one being the Run Through the Grapevine.
The race is a lot of fun, and VERY challanging.
The basement was getting finished, so everything had to come upstairs.
For a little over 2 weeks….
We lived in complete disarray.
A few of the things were left downstairs, but only big items.
Kelli’s pink hair.
Dogfish Head 120 on tap, a rare thing.
I’m a huge fan of taking baths.
The carpet I picked out for the basement.
Krisit came over one night to watch movies with Kelli.
Insulation was in, and the drywall was ready to go up.
The basement was about to be forever changed.
Funny how quickly it looks different.
Riley loves lying in front of the fireplace.
I’m addicted to playing this game. Bridget loves playing it, too. We have logged a few hours together to say the least.
Now painted over, but it shall live on in this photograph. If I don’t believe in communism, why do I live in a community?
Edging ever closer to being finished….
By adding some paint.

Another Can’t Hang show. Check out http://TalonPhotography.com for those pictures.
Thanksgiving and the Ravens!!!
My mother stopped by to say hello.
As did the Worstell family.
Hanging out with Brian later that weekend.
We went to the 9:30 club to see State Radio…
And Kelli met Chadwick Stokes.
Time to pick our Christmas tree.
This one looks just right.
I had it cut in no time and loaded to go.
Santa was at the tree farm, so Riley got his picture with him.
Back home, it was time to trim the tree.
For use during a beer review at http://IndyBeers.com.
Hagning with Chris during a beer review (he and I run the site together) and he pretended to play guitar.
The messiness of the house turned into a purge of unwanted junk. We filled my car to the brim with stuff given to the Salvation Army.
Hanging with Peter at the brew pub.
Another night at Aida Bistro…
This time for dinner at the chef’s table.
It was 4 hours and 10 courses of dining pleasure.
Dessert made 10 courses.
Well, the paint was done, and it was time to start decorating.
Our 12th annual wine party. Check the archive for those pictures.
I had the guys over to watch a Raven’s game, and they were eating left over meatballs from the wine party.
A Raven Haven.
I took pictures of Ashley and Sophia for Kristi’s Christmas card again this year.
This is the one she used…
But I like this one better.
Out drinking and I ran into my boss’ wife.
The Birthday Massacre. Check out http://TalonPhotography.com for those pictures.
We went for Korean food after the show.
My family room looks like this for 2 weeks while she makes the Christmas cards.
For use during a beer review at http://IndyBeers.com. This one however was a beer review wrapped in a ficticious story called “Tales of Beer”. Check it out.
Riley the Ravens fan.
My favorite Christmas house with the lights set to music.
Time to decorate the tree at my parents house.
Afterwards, they watched the Survivor finale.
Another year of Christmas traditions being met.
Dinner with my company…
And we all had a great time.
Kelli’s garage door stopped working….
So while she was out with the girls…
I had to replace the garage door opener.
See, now it works.
For use during a beer review at http://IndyBeers.com.
My car needed to be fixed, so I went to see…
Cousin Robert.
He is master of all things automotive.
Well, that’s it for now. I’ll leave you with yet another http://IndyBeers.com picture.
