Back at my brother’s for some fun with the kids.
While I was there we found a secret message left by my father…..
…in the crib he made for Amber.
She seems a little too big for it now.
Another fun run…..
And my mother-in-law came out for this one.
We were going to a concert that included an after party “white” party.
There was also a pre-concert meet-and-greet.
So we were led through Wolf Trap….
And then behind the venue….
To meet Pat McGee.
There are more pictures of Pat McGee performing. Be sure to check out the album “Pat McGee Band @ Wolf Trap and Jammin Java – Vienna, VA” for those pictures.
The rest of the band was enjoying a game of wiffle ball.
Kelli had him sign a CD…..
And then we left the event….
Headed back around front…..
And grabbed a few beers.
Funny how no one recognized him when he came out to the crowd.
That’s OK, he recognized me!!!
Our next Wolf Trap show.
The lawn was quite full….
And the show was great.
The after party was held at Jammin Java.
There was food….
And drinks….
And more great music!!!!
Bridey stopped by my office, and I just loved the way the shadows were falling on her dress, so I took a picture.
Kelli liked Kristi’s shirt.
They all went to see the third Twilight movie.
The 4th of July weekend was great!! Be sure to check out the album “July 4th Weekend 2010” for those pictures.

A long overdue birthday celebration for my Mother at Mimi’s Cafe..
Ashley had a splinter, and you would have thought it was the end of the world.
Check out the new dew.
Pizza with Monica and Walter.
Another night with Walter…..

Going to a Jack Johnson concert at Merriweather Post Pavillion, and Joe offered me some cookie crumbs.
Peter stuck to the shirt when going through security.
After we were inside, we needed some beer.
And to buy 10, we had to show 5 IDs.
The show was sold out, and lots of fun.
We had a picnic bench off to the side.
From there we could see a screen showing Jack Johnson…
Without having to get caught up in the crowd.
Seriously, silly bands are out of control.
Joe and Jen were kind enough to let us check out a couple of songs from their seats.
They were fourth row behind the pit.
And we were very thankful for the chance to see Jack Johnson….
Up close.
Looks like someone sat in some mud.
Rounding out the weekend was a nap…
With her favorite little dog……
Beofre heading to Artscape to see Rebelution.
The day was HOT!!!
For such a hot day, there were lots of people on hand for the event.
We ended our day enjoying some sangria at Tapas Teatro.
Like patchouli oil.
With the AC not working, we did what we could to stay cool.
Have you ever seen 3D chalk?
My brother hooked me up with a couple of cucumbers from his garden.
It was time for the old AC….
And furnace to make an exit.
The look of determination while squeezing is so funny.
The new furnace….
And condenser unit.
By the end of this day, I had A/C again.
A friend of Kelli’s needed to borrow this from us.
