The weekend began with Kelli doing a sisters night in Ellicott City.
Scott and I built a lego garage using all the pieces in the bucket.
We did it for Jillian, and here is Scott to give you the sales pitch.
She loved the company, and didn’t want to go to bed.
But was finally talked into making the trip.
Back in EC, and Kelli debates the size of her Facebook friends list.
When Megan came home, the three of us went to Ellicott City for a few beers.
We had one round of drinks at each bar.
March Madness was in full effect…..
And we enjoyed watching Maryland’s last winning game of the tournament.
Peter meet up with us, and after a drink with him, we headed home.
With this picture, I mark the vernal equinox.
The next day I was back at Peter and Megan’s and Jillian was having fun thinking inside the box.
The day was perfect for enjoying a fine beverage.
Shorts and short sleeves were all that were required.
We hung outside for a while…..
And then when Megan came home, Jillian needed to go to her babysitters for the night.
She was having trouble staying awake on the ride out.
The nice weather brought out all the fun rides, from trucks….
To bikes.
I like most custom paint jobs, but seriously, Thumper from Bambi?
We arrived at Dave and Courtney’s house (the babysitters)….
And Peter had brought them their payment for the night (bottles on the island).
It was good to see Mark….
Carleigh…..
And Carleigh’s alter ego.
I need to go to some of Mark’s games.
Before Peter and I left, we took a group shot.
Notice that mark on Peter’s arm?
We stopped at Wawa, and there was a butterfly stamp sitting on the counter. I was able to stamp his arm before he could pull away.
Bikes were everywhere.
“Baga mi as pula” means something really bad in Romanian, and Peter was practicing for going to Walter and Monica’s later.
Later that night on our walk, and Riley found a frog.
After the walk, I went to see Brian Shadrick.
Cecelia was more happy to see me than Carolyn.
He just remodeled the kitchen/sitting area…
And it looks great!!!!!
A 2 minute video showing the new stove top.
Kelli asked me when we can get our kitchen done.
The next morning I went to Kristi’s house to hang out with her and the kids.
Ashley was having fun using my remote to take the picture.
Sophia and I laid on the blanket….
And read a book together.
The kids from next door came over and played.
Which was nice because I could relax in the sun.
Later, we went to the store to buy Ashley a better helmet.
From there it was time to grab some grub….
And what kid doesn’t like pizza?
My Mother-in-law was watching Ashley while Sophia went to a Birthday party…..
And I took the time to go see….
My brother and his kids.
He needed to go over to the other house, so we piled into the Jeep….
And went to take care of a few things.
Mathew waves goodbye to the house….
And then we headed back home.
The kids LOVE riding in the Jeep!!!!
A busy day was still ahead, so I left my brother’s….
And met back up with Kristi and Sophia at the birthday party.
We headed back to the house to meet up with Kelli.
Riley had been inside all day….
So we took him for a walk….
Meeting Aaron and Lisa on the street….
And then we headed out to dinner at the Olive Grove.
Kelli wanted some of Sophia’s spaghetti…..
And while Kristi smiles about her crab cakes….
Kelli and Sophia seemed to have worked things out.
Well that’s all for now. It’s crab cake time!!!!!!
