A scene like this means that this is Halloween.
I definitely go a little crazy with the candy for the kids.
And as I like to do, I have them play games to win the entire sleeve of candy.
They were going as princesses, so they needed their hair curled.
And while waiting for their hair to curl, they had time to carve the pumpkins.
Things tend to get pretty crazy in the kitchen during the pumpkin carving.
Out front, I had “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” playing.
Kelli had some fun with the pumpkins this year.
Giving away lots of candy to the children and beer to the adults tends to attract a crowd.
A lot of the kids don’t want to leave and end up staying a little while to watch the show.
After trick or treating, the kids were inside having fun playing and drawing.
Peter dressed up as his Facebook page.
My mother stopped by to say hello, as well.
Super Girl Cecelia.
Princess Sophia.
The mess after everyone left.
My brother did his own thing at his house this year, but sent along this video for me.
Kristi came up with the idea for them to go as “The Amazing Race”.
With the kids gone, we headed down to Pure Wine Cafe on Main Street Ellicott City.
Dan was stylin’ the late ’80s look.
Well that’s all for this year. Time to get smackin’ on something else.
