Summer started with a party….
A party with alcohol, of course.
It was time for the Tersiguel’s garden party again.
The food was great!!!
Kelli and Michelle on their way to being hammered.
Nothing like oysters on the half shell!!
Fernand gave tours of the garden….
In which most were eager to participate.
When the tour was done, it was time for more food.
Katie and Ken, we shall miss thee.
Fernand did a group pose, and Kelli got the best spot!!!!
Kelli and I went for a walk in the woods…
And ended up in a cemetary.
So we took a break and enjoyed the view.
On the way back, we took another “break”.
I like the mood of this picture I took while we were walking.
OK, enough of the party, time for something else.
Like our shadow heart.
Always so hot and sexy!!!!
Who wants to use the butt paste?
I do!!!!!
Just kidding about the butt paste. I had Taylor make a bouquet for Erin….
While we were on a little nature hike.
Later, Mathew took a nap.
Drinking at Bare Bones, and Mark and I scored a pair of Dogfish Head pint glasses.
I was too drunk to drive, so Kelli took the wheel.
And to the brew pub we went. Dig that hair.
Another day, another event.
This one was a party for Aida’s Restaurant.
Many were in attendance….
For the good eats.
Always stop and smell the flowers.
Jim tells the story of his proctology exam.
The party went late into the night….
And we just kept on drinking.
Scott, Kelli, and I went out to see Scott’s band, One Part Per Million. Click Here for those pictures.
A few days later we saw Victoria Vox. Click Here for those pictures.
We were on a roll with the music……
And this day had us at Wolf Trap to see Morrissey.
Kelli relaxed waiting for the show to start….
And we headed over to the Encore circle for some drinks….
And then it was back to the lawn for the show.
Annapolis….for more music.
First a stop for some beer….
and food……
Victoria Vox, again. Click Here for those pictures.
I went to my Mother-in-Law’s house to get crabs.
Seriously, this is THE picture that made me want to cut my hair.
We were playing croquet, but the rain started….
And the hail came with it.
Look, for once Sophia isn’t crying.
But I assure you, the tears are right around the corner.
I taught Ashley that you don’t have to cut a cucumber to eat it….
And that it is just fine to take a bite.
Like feeding the animals at the zoo.
Oh yeah, this was all on the fourth of July, so we went to my brothers for some fireworks.
As always, the display was great.
With plenty to watch….
And good color, too.
More music, this time at Bordy winery.
We were there to see Victoria Vox. Click Here for those pictures.
For the gamers out there.
Mark and I went to Brian’s house…
For some ping pong…..
And a UFC fight.
I’m not sure where this was, but I’m sure that’s what I was drinking.
Actually, it was a night in Alexandria, VA to see Victoria Vox…..again. Click Here for those pictures.
Kristi and Ashley came over one night to spend the night.
Ashley and I watched movies and read books, but no one took pictures.
The next morning, Ashley and I went for a walk, and when we saw Kelli, Ashley went for a run.
Our walk led us to the playground…….
Where we played for a while before heading back home.
Later that night, drinking with Brian Shadrick.
And yet later, drinking with some friends from Tersiguel’s.
Hey look, more of Victoria Vox, this time in Westminster, MD. Click Here for those pictures.
Being the good brother that I am, I went to Mathew’s house to help him celebrate his birthday…..
With the rest of the goons he invited.
Kelli’s friend Raplh had a party that we went to….
Kelli and Madhu pose for a picture.
We had our own picture moment.
The night wore on…
And we all had a great time.
Later it was to Ellicott City, where we ran into Peter.
I love getting crabs!!!!
Kelli, Brian, Jules, and I headed to Ellicott City to celebrate Brian’s birthday.
To the brew pub we went.
A group shot, before it was on to the next thing…..
Which I guess was hanging out with the family.
My mother-in-law was looking at some pictures from the website with her mother.
While Mike and I got some tomatos.
How he keeps the deer out.
Kelli and I headed up to Brian’s to celebrate his birthday with his family.
Everywhere we went this summer, we got crabs.
Later, it was to the basement for Ferris Bueller’s Day Off…with commentary (recommended if you like the movie).
A night at Tio Pepe’s in Baltimore.
You’d think we’d get sick of family….
And you’re right (just kidding, you freaks).
The food, as always there, was great.
It was Ashley’s first trip.
Kelli and I celebrated six years of marriage. Click Here for those pictures.
On my way over to my brother’s house, and I got held up by a train. (Yeah, I take pictures of everything)
Mathew recently procured a canoe, but we didn’t take it out that day.
Amber waits patiently…..
Seems unnecessary, doesn’t it?
Amber’s room was looking good.
Outside, Amber and I enjoy a moment.
The family was there for her birthday.
It was her first.
Even Grandmom Habicht made the trip.
Now thats a cake!!!!
To get her fill.
Kelli and I celebrated our anniversary (again) back home at Tersiguel’s.
A night of fire led us to the bar for an after dinner drink.
Before a UFC fight, Brian and I headed out for some drinks.
It also happened to be the beer he was drinking.
I assure you, this guy sucked more than a busy hooker.
So I had my beer, not the one on the glass….
And decided it was time to leave and go watch the fight.
My parents are big into the RV thing, and somehow at an RV rally made it onto HGTV.
The picture is of his TV with the image paused.
Not why we stopped by, but some of the entertainment while we were there.
We headed up to PA one night to Moon Dancer winery.
The wine wasn’t that good….
But the company was!!!! It was another Victoria Vox show. Click Here for those pictures.
What is that we’re holding….
It’s the Halo 3 Moutain Dew, of course.
Out to dinner with the parents, and my father does his best Paul McCartney.
And then, without a tripod, I joined in the fun.
My brother’s family stopped by one afternoon…
And I let the kids bang on the piano.
Then I broke out the guitar and sang some songs for them.
Later we went back to their house, where Amber played in the pool.
Mathew let me pick a watermelon from his garden.
The Habicht men.
Yard saling on a Saturday, and I ran into an old friend, Jake Beck.
Bought at a yard sale. (buy one get one free)
He decided to make a web in front of my screen door.
Taylor had fun…..getting me wet!!!
Mathew’s canoe, this time on the water.
I made a smily face where their pool used to be….
And then Taylor jumped on it.
I have since gotten her hooked on seltzer water.
While I was there, I had them pose for a family photo.
I liked this one the best.
Kelli and I, just like years before, went to the Maryland Wine Festival to…..
Pour wine.
It’s always a fun time.
Can you tell where the table was, and the people walked?
Maura was too busy to pose for even a second.
Well, this is the last picture, and it might as well be Victoria Vox. Show #7 for the Summer. Click Here for those pictures.
