And this was the Cherry Blossom 10 miler.

And I was on hand to support Kelli.

From that event, we went to Bare Bones to meet up with some family.

I was working at a water stop with family….

We setup all the cups ahead of time….
And then the first set of racers came through….
Of course, that’s for whom I was waiting.

We did a quick clean up…..
Then headed to finish just in time to see Kelli.
Not a bad time for a 10k.
Afterwards, we relaxed at the lake front.

We all hung out for a while and drank some beer.
A very cool family.

As the night wore on, we decided to move the party.
So after a quick stop for, ummm, supplies……
We headed to our house for some pool and darts.
Kelli thinks it’s so funny I wear a headset when playing on the Xbox.
Easter time, and Kelli spent some time with her sister and Ashley making Easter eggs.

Then we headed into the garage to relax.
Well, this has all the lookings of a first hair cut.

In the end, she was fine. (candy fixes everything)
Mark and I headed to Ellicott City for some pictures.
I’m a sucker for the flowers…..
And nature in general.
Probably not the kind you eat.

I’ve been thinking about doing a whole thing on graffiti in Ellicott City.
Nick’s Fish House is always a good time.
But for the moment, it was down to the city for some beer and food.

From the city, we came back closer to home, T-Bonz that is.

So we enjoyed a drink with the good music.

We’re all drunk, and most don’t remember this picture being taken.
We headed over to Kristi’s house for Ashley’s birthday.
While the kids played outside….
The adults played bocci ball in the backyard….

For the top of her cake.
It was then time to blow the cake out.
What kid doesn’t like cake?
After cake it was time to open the presents.
All good things come to an end, and it was time to say goodbye.

We had some family over for a night of fondu.
Of course, there was some gaming going on as well.

The tall ships came to Baltimore….
And Kelli and I went down to have a look.
They were in town for the Volvo race.

Then had some beers around the grill with the neighbors.

Kelli and I helped at another race….
And I grabbed a few photos.
For Kelli’s mother’s birthday, we all went out to eat at a fancy restaurant.
I don’t remember the name….
But we all had a good time….
And the food was really good.
Working my way through 6 yards of dirt for the garden.
Kelli helped spread the dirt.
And I was thankful that she was there to help.
I was glad to be done with that.
Still happy after 35 minutes of marriage.
Mark, Kelli, and I headed down to EC one night.
Kelli stopped on the way and had some honeysuckle.
We were meeting my brother’s family there for a few drinks….
And maybe a few shots.
Afterwards it was over to Bippy’s to Meet Matt Stone, Brian D, Nate Merke, and….
Adam Guth.
If you know Kelli and I, you know we love wine, so it was another working wine festival for us.
Know the toe.
Chris and Scott stopped by to say hello….
As did Jenny and Rob….
And old friend Alana Banikiotes (maiden name).
It’s hard to go anywhere at a drinking event without running into brew pub people….
Look, there’s one now!!!
And the heavens shone down upon Rob and said, “he is good”.
We headed over to the VIP tent….
Where Jenny made sure Rob was treated like a VIP.
So glamorous.
So drunk.
So stupid.

We stopped by to say hello to an old friend, Kevin.
I must have asked them to point in the direction we’re going next.
On our way out we said goodbye to Maura of Penn Oaks winery.
A party at my mother’s for Mother’s day/her birthday/anything else that needs celebrating.
But Kelli’s hip to being an Aunt, again….

And was enjoying it more by the minute.
Afterwards, Kelli and I went out for some drinks to celebrate with Megan and Peter.
Looks like we went to OC again, this time stopping at the ever popular Liquid Assets.
Not really my kinda place, but most people seem to like it.

The next day we loafed around…..
Then headed to the beach when this wicked fog rolled in to town.
The fog was really thick…..
And made it really hard to see very far….
But I was able to find this guy….
And write this note….
That was quickly washed away.
Notice the kite string tied to the post. I couldn’t see the kite in the sky at all, but it was there somewhere.
While Kelli relaxed that evening….
I went back over to Tom’s and hung out for a while.

The fractured Prune has the best doughnuts in town.
They’re made fresh to order.
Highly recommended if you’re in Ocean City, MD.
We went for a walk on the board walk, and stopped to relax for a bit.
Wow, public telephones still exist.

I heard running water and realized that a water pipe had broken.
I made sure to shut down the water until it could be fixed.
The night before International Scott Habicht day, and I was hanging out with Scott and Kate.
Rob stopped by too to help celebrate my 34th (notice our fingers) birthday.
The next day Mathew stopped by….
As did Mark….
And then Kelli and I went to dinner (forgot to take pictures at dinner, sorry).

Taylor’s birthday is close to mine, and this was his celebration.
My brother and Erin had a family get together at their house.

My grandmother didn’t know what to think of that one.

This night found us out celebrating Peter’s birthday.
What a merry bunch we are when we’re drinking.
Peter, a man who believes you can never have too many women.
For Taylor’s birthday, Kelli and I chipped in with Mathew and Erin and bought him a motorcycle.
Think he likes it?
It was a little big for him….
And he didn’t weigh enough to hold down the back end….
So we added some weight….
And changed the seat, and he did just fine.
Kelli and I going for a hike.
I’m trying to get her into hiking, and so far she likes it.
Kelli thought it was funny that I was wearing the yellow gloves, but they protect me from the hot water.
A night back in Ellicott City drinking with Scott, Kate, and their friends.
We left the brew pub and headed down the street….
