We had to drive the more scenic route.
Arriving at Flushing Meadows, we had time to kill so…..
We went to the Queens Museum of Art.
Inside was a huge model of the NYC area.
When the lights went dark, only this was left lit.
The model was left over from the 1964-65 World’s Fair.
Kelli and I sat down to have a picnic, when a young New Yorker decided to leave his mark.
Always stop and smell the flowers.
