First day of Winter, and Jeff is in town to say hello…..
So Brian, Kelli, and I hung out and had a couple of beers with him.
A week later, and we’re out to dinner at Tio Pepe’s in Baltimore.
Good food….
Good fun….
and good friends…
Led to lots of sangria!!!!
Kel brought a pearl necklace “kit” home for Heather.
Heather, however, wasn’t so good at putting it togther.
With a little work though, it came out just fine.
Kelli liked it so much, she got one for herself too.
New Years Eve in Ocean City, MD….Apparently the only picture I took!
A game I just started playing called Geocaching. Click here for info.
Basically, someone hides some junk…
Marks the coordinates on the website…
And you go find it.
Like I said, junk, but, a great way to get outside and kill some time.
Ever wonder what Mathew does?
Well, this is Mathew at work.
Back to geocaching, there are many types…
This type, you find something (in this case some local Baltimore art), and take a picture of it and mark its coordinates.
Of course if you can, you should get in the picture.
I got my father into the geocaching thing too. He thinks it funny that someone left Westinghouse stickers.
Alright enough geocaching, more good stuff…..
Like this……
And them…..
And me with them!!!
One last check before we head out.
Night club powers activate!! (can you guess which hand is mine?)
Sarah and Kelli had so much fun dancing…..
That Anna had to get in on some of that too.
Sarah, not wanting to be out done!!!!
Yes gentlemen, three women DOES equal three times the fun!!!!
Out again…with Sarah….again.
This time, Ed, Mathew, Erin, and Rob came along too.
Got Guinness?
More drinking at the pub, this time with Bill….
And English Rob.
His tab says Bender, but his face says cavity search!!
More Geocaching. Check out how the creek was frozen!!
You could walk the whole way down on the creek it was so solid.
I brought Dinkle along to share the misery of the coldness.
The cache was hiden behind a loose piece in the end of the stump. It took us 20 minutes to find it.
Interesting looking tree.
Yes, I even got Mathew and Erin into the Geocaching thing.
Super Bowl Sunday, and here is our Party.
But I must say to you, don’t judge a book by its cover.
The inside has been completely remodeled.
The spiral staircase was hand made. Yes, that means the wood was bent there, on the spot.
As the clamp in the top of the picture illustrates, it’s a work in progress.
This is the “spring house” outback. Yes, there is a spring in there for fresh water when the house was built years and years ago.
We all hung around and waited to head to the brew pub for the Super Bowl.
While waiting, I made a poem from fridge magnets for Kelli.
On to the brew pub for football….
Beer (duh)……..
Food…..
Snow…
And a zipper begging to be unzipped!!!! (her’s, not his)
Band night at Ryan Simms’ house.
We were doing some recording for a demo disk we’re putting together.
Rob, Mathew, and I were on our way for more geocaching….
And this accident held us up for about 15 minutes.
Traffic flow was not high on the firemen’s list of priorities.
82.6 feet away. Yup, we’re on the wrong side of the river.
Dang on, dang on GPS goin’ click, click, click.
Rob and Mathew on top of the frozen falls.
Scott and Mathew. I wanted to be in one too.
The fog was really thick in the woods that day, and I thought this was a cool picture.
Chauncey, against Kelli’s will, gets to play in the snow.
Kelli’s enjoying her stamping hobby.
This hawk killed 4 birds, that we saw, in our backyard.
Valentine’s Day, and Kelli came home to rose petals on the floor.
They led her up the stairs…
And into the bathroom with a drawn bath, candles, and of course, Champagne.
Needless to say, she was happy!!!!
I was in Boston for my company’s sales metting during “The Snow”, but here are some pictures taken by family.
My parents back window, nice snow drift, eh?
I guess the deck party will have to be postponed.
Good thing my father has a self-propelled snow blower to take care of the 27 inches of snow.
Over at the out-laws house, more snow.
To bad for Mike, he left the snow blower in the shed!!
My mother-in-law’s cool Snow outfit.
Later that night, Don and I get dressed for the formal event.
Back from my trip and Winter continues it’s cold and snowy pace, but…
I’m at a party with a great view, so what do I care?
Kelli was there too.
So she posed for a couple of pictures for me.
The one picture I took at the DC Wine Expo.
Darin Segal’s (not pictured) birthday party.
Afterwards we went over to the Last Chance Saloon for more fun.
Out to dinner at Red Tapas with Beth and Steward. The company and the food were good, but the service was a little over-bearng.
We went to Dan and Kim’s house because as Seinfeld said, “Ya godda see da baaabeee!!”
When it rains, I get a river through my back yard.
It gets a little messy to say the least.
He was a little more stuck this time….
Out at a company function. Yup, I have to work with these fools.
Check out the license plate. If you get it, you get it, if you don’t, don’t ask.
Saint Patty’s Day, and we’re in OC drinking Guinness and eating pizza (a tradtional Irsh food).
Kelli decided to wear hers!!!
Well, back home, with only hours to go until Spring and Kel has made me a great salad. Time to go, hope you enjoyed!!!
